Please allow 10-22 business days for shipping. Braid Logik items are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping address or payment information, your order processing will be delayed until we are able to confirm your information. If we are unable to reach you with in 30 days from the date your purchase was made, your order will be subject to forfeit.

Once your order has been dispatched, Braid Logik accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving) Braid Logik is not liable as we have no control once it is with the postal service. In this instance, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent (USPS for US customers & your local postal service for International customers). Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.

 

Any product shipped back to Braid Logik as an RTS (Return To Sender) for failure to deliver/receive/collect from the carrier or facility, will be subject to a RTS Fee to cover reshipment costs. All customers should receive tracking details upon dispatch, and are expected to monitor tracking progress for any delivery exceptions. Packages that fail to be delivered/collected/or received are sent back to Braid Logik at the company's expense. The customer will be notified of said return by a service representative, the delivery address will be re-confirmed and the customer will be financially responsible to pay the RTS Fee. 

Any product shipped back to Braid Logik as a policy dispute or order refusal will be subject to a Forced Refund in the form of store credit. Such customers will be refunded for order subtotal (excluding original shipping costs paid).
